My mum has been in the UK for 45 years. She left Madeira to work in London when she was 28 years old and met my dad and had me and the rest is her history. She suffers from Alzheimer's now and she absolutely loves your videos, she says it's exactly like being home and walking around herself, she remembers everything as if it was yesterday and tells me and my son all about the cafés and Bazar do Povo and the marina and then the Sheraton hotel where she used to work. As I am watching your wonderful presentation, it is 25 degrees (-3.8 Celsius) outside with snow on the ground. Many people dream of having a white Christmas. It is nice, but it would be nice two wear shorts during the Christmas season.

Always love the video walks around Madeira. I have been 15 times and due to visit again in mid March.
I restrict myself to Funchal (old legs!) and have walked many of the side streets. Favourite hotel is now the Porto Santa Maria which is ideally placed.
