Are you joking? Kilik soul charge its the best in the game , has range , most of his moves are safe , has very good range , as a maxi player i can say , kilik is okay

Haha Kiliks soul charge the best? It drains health I dont think so. Its the worst in the game. And btw he dont need a buff, he's just a plain basic ass character for beginners. You dont need any skill to play him effectively so a buff is not needed.
