Agreed... I use to have a eating problem.. (excessive overeating) I had to learn to portion my food, eat slower and wait for the food to settle a bit and I was equally satisfied without being overly stuffed .

@@hinerangijohnston5223 I disagree, its never too late for anybody. Im 29 and I didnt start until abt 5 years ago. I've been an emotional binge eater for most of my life, this isnt something I learned as a child. I will say its not something my mother knew and we both learned late in life about nutritional health.

TOTALLY agree. It's not as enjoyable to watch compared to when I first discovered this channel. The SON EATS A LOT, TOO FAST, over-stuffs his mouth, and barely chews...glad this video showed mom going after it & enjoying herself!!
