Year 3 Day 302 of asking Soda to become my mom. Kronii's dad was just making sure his daughter got some exp by going on a fetch quest. Truly the best of dads.
Can confirm, for some of us, we go on randomly generated side quests at seeming random times when we go to new places. I believe the boyhood instinct to go explore and get lost never leaves most guys. Now that I say that...I guess that was how the age of sail and discovery happened. Just dudes getting lost and finding stuff. 😂
It must be a dad thing once they hit a certain age. My dad does the same exact thing. We dont travel, thankfully, but if we hit a mall or store, it's the same. Ma and I was thinking of putting a bell on him.
Parents seem to hit this sort of spacey, day dream state at a certain age specifically when out of the house and well away from familiar areas. Like, maybe they're overwhelmed by new stimulus and aren't as capable of processing it all as they used to be? But heaven forbid their children point any of this out or try to take charge of the journey to keep everyone from getting lost.
Some Parents reach a certain age where theyre like “Alright Kiddo, it’s time for you to take care of me.” Basically they’re just paying you back for all the times similar situations that happened when you were a kid
I'm very glad I've never had to worry about people running off in the wrong direction. My family has managed not to do anything like that so far. All I have to do is tell my brother to keep up instead of taking more pictures of the local flora every five minutes when we go hiking together :D
istg all dads are the same, cause my dad acts the exact same way whenever we're on vacation or visiting somewhere far from home 💀they really do just be wandering ahead like a dog
Pop Clock has his own side quests clearly. Love the idea of Kronii turning her back and losing track of her dad LOL
Didn't know zoro was kroni's father
Sounds like Ryoga the eternal lost boy
I love that Kronii says “Is he stupid?” the same way Asuka does from Evangelion lol
Kronii having to go mom mode
At least Kronii isn’t dying inside while repeating “I love him” to herself with a strained voice.
Ok I pull up

Kinda reminds me of the time I lost my aunt twice in the same week long trip in Japan.

Not even age thing necessary, but it's the adventurous spirit inside all of us. You just care less and learn to enjoy life more as the time goes on.
Did anyone else think this was gonna go in a completely different direction from that title??
People like that are the ones hogging the luck
it may be a vacation for her parents but doesn't sound like it for her

Father Time making sidequests while on tour.

My dad is like this too, they want to flex on "in the old days we use maps’’

My dad will literally wander ahead and we can just wait and see him disappearing before he notices we're not following 😅
Now I know why Kronii doesn’t want to get married, she’s already dealing with kid aka her parents
Los papas siempre tienen un buen sentido de la orientación, hasta que se hacen viejos
Inquisitive dads be like.... 😅
Is there a lore reason Kronii's dad got lost?
I love the Hololive girls.
