@JustSomePerson it stams from the Ukrainian folk dance named гопа́к (hopak) it later would be popularised in the Soviet Union with some versions of the Kazachok intergrating it, the "Kazotsky kick" is the name of it in TF2
If you want to do medics kick you have to do a lot of squats before doing it also I would recommend doing exercises that increase you core and leg strength

Each variation is hard, if you feel you can do it more accurately you are free to try
When I do the kazotsky kick I usually do the heavy variation and Demoman variation.
