Question: with the trailers, do your guys remove all the rivets before applying the vinyl? or do they work the vinyl around each rivet as they go? with poking/brushing and some heat?
Screws & hardware get removed and replaced after wrap install 😵💫 and rivets get wrapped over. A combination of heat and specialized tool lays the vinyl tightly and firmly over the rivets. It's a chore but lasts longer and looks better in the end. On The trailer, we painted the lower hatch doors instead of wrapping them. The entire trailer is wrapped, the white has a matte laminate and it looks really nice, you can tell that it's not just "shiny white from the factory" - it's custom for Kustom!
