Just wanted to know sir, in case of a financial research I took 7 independent variables determining dependant variable, I have used normal multiple regression as well as step wise regression. Is it again necessary to conduct panel data for the same? Or regression alone is enough? The obj.is to identify determinants of Dividend Payout Ratio.
