Fox Lake Tournament [MKBC] WI

The second kayak bass tournament of the season for the Midwest Kayak Bass Club.
The bass on Fox Lake WI were moving up for the spawn and the action was promising to be great.
Lures that caught em were a Z-Man Chatterbait, Fluke, and various drop shot worms.

I fished the Fox on the Sunday of the 4th weekend in my kayak. 1st time on the lake and wasn't sure what to expect. Lots of boat traffic but surprisingly caught 5 nice bass for 84.5 inches. No electronics but the water was pretty green, not sure if it would've helped.

Have a bass tournament this weekend coming from out of state any good ideas 💡 wear to or start. 1st time on the water

In the summer, they spread out. I'd look for the weedlines and work those. They can also go deep. It can get really tricky in the summer.
