Because 50 people are nessecary to check if someone is alive. It just puts themselves in danger when 50 people run up on the track. Spectators are just that, spectators. They should leave the rescuing and supporting to the people that work with it and if they say they need help it’s ok to run up on the track and so on but if not they’re just in the way and endangering themselves.
