  • Bad news - we're locked down at our homes... Good news - sooner or later we will be out.
    What we definitely want to avoid is to get injured at the very first occasion once we are out. This will be very possible unless we keep our bodies in shape during the coronavirus lockout time.
    In this video I am showing a few sets of exercises covering full body home workout that I try to do at least once a week (excluding other types of activities). The idea is to get back to normal life strong and injury resistant :)
