Good thing you went with OEM. I had used an aftermarket replacement made by WVE for an s13, which didn't work and leaked through the housing and out the rubber boot. Therefore, I had to order OEM and it was the same one you installed. Another trick to diagnosing the switch is to short the connection (alligator clip fits perfectly) on the harness and put it in reverse to see if the lights come on.
