*Fun Fact:* You can restore the Big Block of Ice on the bottom right of the new Frozen Throne Board by hovering a card over it. Found it out myself, thought it was pretty cool.

Kibler crushes the newest wing with Golden RNG bonuses.
I think the upper reaches is just a calm before the storm. A super easy wing before arthas wipes the floor with us all.
Can't wait for him to have the same exact abilities as before.

Wow. This is the first time I figured out that Kibler was colorblind. In addition, did you know that Professor Putricide was a spinoff of Professor Farnsworth from Futurama?

I'm pretty sure literally everyone who has watched futurama figured that out. Also, Kibler has mentioned it a few times in other videos/streams that he is colorblind, and even i still forgot, so i found the edit amusing.

I think the putricide encounter was made to show you how secrets suck even when they cost 3 less mana.

Lich king commentary is the best part of this adventure. Can't wait for the final fight. Also, you cut the video short, no reaction to the lich king taunt at the end :(
I played Hand buff paladin for the first and then secret hunter and then a fatigue druid. Really fun wing!
I remember watching kiblers stream while doing this and seeing his reaction to putricide

Apparently not only does good ol' Kibs have a blind spot for colours, but also divine spirit inner fire. Quite astounding since he played basically a competitive purify priest but without the divine spirit. And then continued to play priest.

Back in WotLK days... Putricide has been considered as one of the most difficult encounters on heroic difficulty... oohh... the countless wipes we had on that one... but in the end... he fell as well. As for Sindragosa, she picked random players for the ice blocks... in order to set them free, the ice blocks have to be destroyed at the right moment.... Ah.. good times :)

For this wing I failed on the first boss once as I didn't know about the Vampire stuff so I didn't have enough low cost minions to bite, then I went a hunter beast deck and won.
Next I played mage and put all my secrets and secret synergy cards in the deck plus a few fireballs and Antonidas (those fireballs won me the game) so I got that first try.
Last boss I went with a random deck and tried it out as a test and failed so I tried to make a warrior enrage deck to get those Trolls that gain attack for every time a minion takes damage to get them to a spot where the could OTK her. I tried this 3-4 times before I switched to priest for double, double innerfire + some mind blasts and a few heals for that spell that hurts you for every spell you have. I even put an Oracle in the deck just to try and burn some of her cards (that saved me the game). I hit her with a 16/16 card and went straight to the 3rd phase, I hurt her a bit more and eventually got her to 5hp but I was losing. Out comes the Oracle who makes me draw Mind Blast and I win the game.
what happens if you kill the whole board before you use the Vampire hero power? if there is nothing to bite what happens?
Jandiss think you will die. It is kind off the same ability from her wow counterpart. Where one player got bit, got a dmg and speed buff and after a few seconds had to transfer it to someone else or just die from it.
Jandiss You can just just pass your turn. It won't let you end turn otherwise.
If there's nothing on board then you just end turn and nothing happens. Kind of a shame, these ones were waaay to easy

Yeah i found Blood Queen faaar too easy. Atleast Putricide was somwhat of a challenge and Sindragoca had a cool mechanic to play around. Lanathel had nothing, just oh, give your minions a free +2/+2 every turn for free. . . .Thanks.
9:18 Since Brian has is a game dev consultant, close with Blizzard, and colorblind does he have any ideas on how to remedy the trap icon issue he has here? Obviously mousing over the secrets tells you which class it belongs to, but would making them darker/brighter help the colorblind distinguish them better?

druid is so op right now that I managed to beat all three wings with one ramp druid deck on the first try
When I played Lana'Thel, it was actually sort of difficult because she used that spell that turns two minions in your hand into spells, twice. Why is it that for Kibler and Kripp she didn't use that spell at all? That's basically the gimmick that gives this boss fight difficulty.
Managed to beat Sindragosa with the same weapon based warrior deck that I used against Deathbringer Saurfang.
Also did he not realise the Professor Farnsworth references in the second boss?

Beat the first 2 with my regular ladder druid deck first try and sindragosa with quest warrior first try. A bit easer than last weeks wing.
Kibler have you tried using the glasses that correct color blindness?
+Kagarin? I have, and they were kind of neat, but not life changing (and I also lost them)

Atlas Likely not, but Brian Kibler is. You may notice that against Putricide Kibler believes there are 4 Hunter secrets in play and has to go through them one by one to realize that they are 2 paladin 2 Hunter 1 mage.

I played every single boss with miracle Cthun druid. Basically oneshotting every boss denying their mechanics. Even Sindragosa gets oneshottet , even tho cthun is turned into iceblock, he still kills her :D
Makes me quite sad no colourblind mode for my boi kibler :(

I seriously love *The Lich King* such a wonderful character, Blizzard finally did something good
namouchi its the hearthstone humour and silliness, but without being goofy and lame. They did very well balancing that. The Lich King still feel like the most bad ass villian of Warcraft

Oh man... everything was going well for me against putricide... and then rotface spawned 2x Kel'Thuzad...
I believe if you beat Lana'thel without biting your own minions, The Lich King instead goes "Not even biting your own minions?! This is Icecrown, not Nicecrown!"
They said this was supposed to be the hardest expansion so far, but I found this really easy. The first one I used my raza reaper deck and beat her first try. The second one I used my astral deck and I beat him the first time I actually drew a big minion after astral. And as for the third one... Let's just say the hero power isn't very useful if you kill her by turn 5...
gferrol118 Only the final boss is supposed to be harder than previous adventures. The normal bosses are supposed to be between normal and heroic in difficulty.
Ace but these bosses have been easier than the normal Kharazan bosses

one shot all of them with control paladin I was kinda disappointed.
You makes it look so easy, I'm on my 8 games with singradosa and yet to beat her
i beat it first try with aggro hunter, try using that with Dinomancy
play an aggro deck with weapons, go face until you get her to around 21/11 then kill off any minions on your side of the board and bring her past 20/10 with your weapons. EZ
use a weapon or spell to break the health mark and make sure u have no minions are one board, and the same to break the 10 health mark. that or one shot her at 11 health. Try hand pally with a few weapons.
They should re-introduce Heroic, the second week was pathetically easy.
Bloodqueen: Change Hero Power to Corrupt a friendly minion or give an enemy minion +2/+2. You must use this. Also replace Dreadsteed with Mal'Ganis or any other remotely good Demon.
Putricide: Growing Ooze gains +1/+1 at the end of his turn, bonuses only apply to him, 5-cost cards only apply to your 5; instant phase interchange (automatically ends your turn like vs. Kel'Thuzad)
Sindragosa: 5 ice blocks at the start of the game, spells are punished with 4 damage each, Hero Power

Kinda funny that the Leader of the 'Dragon Army' didn't play a Dragon Priest deck against a Dragon. Worked easy for me though.
Loads of cheap taunts while waiting to draw Blood of ancient + faceless = OTK = not worrying about being turned to ice blocks :)
Also, Ms Kibbler should be there for the final fight just because she makes everything more entertaining!
Anyone think these bosses were soooo much easier than the first wings? I beat Blood Queen first try with evolve sham, beat putricide try 2 with token sham, beat sindragosa first try with pirate warrior
I beat all three with control paladin first try.
Logan Therens Control Paladin for first, Secret Mage for second, and Combo Miracle Priest for the last one. Too ez, cant wait for the last wing.
It was pretty easy, I beat Blood queen with Pirate Warrior, Putridice with Secret Mage (pretty much the same deck Kibs ran), and Sindy with Taunt Warrior
Midrange Hunter for all 3. I restarted twice on Blood Queen Turn 1 because my opening hand was horrible, but first try for all of them otherwise.
Yup. Sindragosa was the only one that seemed like it would be hard to beat without using certain decks, but I also picked pirate warrior and completed it first try (if you picked the wrong deck, it might take two tries to figure it out, but still).
I don't mind having an easy campaign play through so that you don't need a complete collection to do it. But we always had the heroic adventures to keep it interesting, and to actually provide a deckbuilding challenge. These fights are mostly ones that can be accomplished on the first try with *any* competitive deck (hell, most good arena decks too).

I cheesed putricide by fatiguing him in his first phase, it was pretty funny
these seemed so hard, until I made a midrange hunter deck with the new DK card and wrecked them
Sydragosa is easy if you use a warrior deck with lots of charge minions, weapons, and hand buffs
Pirate warrior, some secret playing mage deck i made to get daily quests done, jade druid. that's how I one shot all the bosses.

silence priest is a good deck for sindragosa. you just hit them for 20 with 1 minion and kill them
I ran a hunter trap and barley lost health
I played, Divine spirit, inner fire priest against sindragosa and just one shot her
They should give us 1 pack per victory, or 3 packs in the reward chest in the end of each wing.
Wait, what? Kabal Crystal Runner still costs 0 in the last phase? But when I beat Putricide with Quest Mage, Fireballs still cost 5 mana with 5 Sorcerer's Apprentices on board..? So, if a card reduces it's mana cost, it stays reduced, but effects that reduce casting costs have no effect? Thank you for being consistent and logical HearthStone...
AlmostLikeHuman ok, so if you add the original cost of the minion which is 6, and the final phase cost which is 5, it's 11. Which means you would have to play 6 secrets, and therefore it costed 0. If he played less than that, it would have costed between 0-5.

The mana cost never goes to 11, the hero power just sets it to 5. HS needs clearer wording, simple as that.

This wing was so easy, I just played kazamakus priest for each boss and won first time on all of them. It was so underwhelming. I hope the lich king is harder

Ez decks for 2nd part of quest: blood queen: only 1-2 cost minions, syndragosa: try to use weapons, paladin worked for me because of regions weapon and the new hero that gives you the 5/3 weapon (you also get rewarded by the game with a secret if you have no minions on board, and I don't have Ann easy way to do the 2nd boss :l
or just play freeze mage for sindragosa and shit all over her

I kinda cheated through syndragosa. she stole a malfurion hero from my deck and that nullified her hero power.
I just beat her from there.
I feel like there is a disproportionately high number of players who play/played Magic that have some form of colorblindness. Out of the 10 or so guys I play Magic with, 6 of them are colorblind. Plus it seems like a decent amount of pros (like Kibler) have the condition as well

Try to put Golden copies of cards even if you don't even two of them.. now in the collection is correctly shown in the same slot and it doesn't hurt the eyes anymore

Putricide puts up a good damn fight just because of how manic his phases are. But I beat him pretty easily with a mill Rogue variant.

Come to think of it your right, I beat her with a OHK silence priest deck just controlled the board until i had a huge minion to smack her face with. Alex seems like a really good choice though.

Sindragosa doesn't get along with Alextraza. I used her on Sindragosa and her freeze didn't trigger. It triggered the next time i hit her and it completely skipped the second phase and wwnt to 'deal 2 dmg'. Ez top-deck double swipe face.
So wondering what's the last reward, we got a death knight and two packs, I wonder if we are going to get litch king 👑 as the reward?
Probably just another pack, instead of three pain in the ass fights for people without all of these good cards its just one drawn out fight against him.

If you go into the Alternate Hero tab in collections, you can find Arthas (paladin) there. In order to unlock him, you need to beat LK with all classes.

I beat blood queen and sindragosa first turn but putricide took me hours
Medivh, the Guardian the hardest one for me was Sindragosa, and the easiest was Putricide
Medivh, the Guardian I beat sin and blood queen on my second try with quest warrior. Professor took me a couple tries
Blood Queen first try with Jade Druid, Putricide first try with Secret Mage, and Sindragosa fourth try with the luckiest possible Shadow Priest draws.
I beat them all first try, putricide and lanathel with control warrior, and sindragosa with cthun druid.
in my first two games against lanathel she replaced the minions in my hand with spells so i thought it was scripted - turns out its not and i was just unlucky and got screwed with bad draws
Jade druid won me all but weapon one (Even Deathwhisper without healing dragon :) )
blood queen lanathel needed custum, hive csrds. increasing minion costs and her hero power should be double against minions
