Ójala este comentario sincero llege a todos los trabajadores de este hotel pase unos dias hermosos con familia y amigos. Desde el mismo momento en q llegamos nos hicieron sentir bien con un trato cariñoso y respetuoso. Todos hasta el señor q limpia la piscina, hasta la señora q hace la limpieza, los camareros. Todos nos hicieron sentir importantes y queridos es lindo saber q a pesar de tantas dificultades hay gente q sigue trabajando con amor. Felicidades para todos por esos lindos días. Amo este hotel
We were there in February and while the staff was amazing. The hot tubs and pool were freezing. Food was available only during some hours. And the snack bar only offered two choices.
