I had an abortion in 2018, and I will forever regret my decision. I think about what could’ve been and my baby every day. Even though it was widely known that I opposed abortion, hundreds of women came to me for psychotherapy. All stated that the clinics offered no counseling post abortion. No surprise since the abortionists claimed the procedure would never be regretted.
Women in the 80s (or ever) did not need an ultrasound to know exactly what they were doing to their babies.
I had a stillbirth in 2021. Shortly after the dobs decision came down and I had to get off of social media. All of my friends, everyone seemed to be heartbroken over not being able to have abortions when I had just held by 26 week old son in my hands. He had hair, he had fingerprints. He looked like a little precious doll. And I was so angry. I wasn't angry at God. I was angry at the world who didn't see his life as valuable.
I am not angry at women who have had abortions. God bless you, and if you have faith you will see your child again, just as I will see mine. I am sad that our world doesn't value our children, and makes women think that ending their lives is the only way out. It's the most natural thing for a woman to be a mother. And we have destroyed that in our culture.

I think the difference between KP and TS is that TS has stayed relative because she has been putting her music in our faces constantly for literal years and that has allowed her to stay relevant. Katy Perry took a break when she had her baby and is now trying to come back onto the scene and she's lost her relevance in my opinion. She's been out of the game too long. The feminist narrative comes off more genuine from TS because she's seen by her fan base as independent, powerful, not married, no children. Katy Perry took time off to start a family (which I'm wholeheartedly in support of), but I think the song comes off disingenuous and the public isn't stupid. Also TS fans are straight up cultish and will not say anything she does is bad, even when it is.

Hey there Allie, I would have been aborted if my mother would have listened to my grandparents and others who told her it was not the right time to have another child. I did not learn about this until i was an adult. Anyway, back in high school, I decided my junior year that I was prolife because i had to do a project on social issues and God led me to the topic of abortion. I had no idea at the time that i was nearly aborted, but I'd heard a song titled "Can i Live?". After hearing that song, I knew i could never support abortion. Its by Nick Cannon. I know he's not an artist i would ever listen to on a daily basis, but this song tells his story and it is a beautiful one at that. Its more of a hiphop beat but still beautiful none the less. She's worth 500 Million dollars, i'm sure she doesn't really care but still, she has to realize you can't work with Dr.Luke in 2024 and write a lead single about female empowerment and not expect people to be disgusted and cancel you. It also sounds like she is trying to channel her Teenage Dream era, which is impossible, it was a different time in pop music, she needs to evolve. I personally liked Witness and Smile, I think Smile was released at a bad time, the start of the pandemic, she should have sat on the album for an additional 2 years then released it. I do like Katy Perry but I think she is over in terms of commercial success. She chose to work with Dr.Luke. Releases a second single again with Dr.Luke, she can't be this surprised by the backlash? I had pre-ordered the signed card vinyl but asked for my money back, which they did give me a refund. I am concerned about her world tour now, I would love to see her again but given all the controversy I think her tour in going to tank badly people are not going to pay $350+ for tickets to support this album. She's delulu if she thinks it will be successful after al this.

With that Top 40 radio, the latest song can quickly be overplayed very quickly if it is not the most popular slice of cheese.
