I love how this battle shows the difference between Belos and Luz. and how they obtained their Titan powers is a reflection of who they are. Belos was nothing more than a leech, and that was represented by him being attached to the physical heart. While Luz was given her power willingly. While His power came from the heart, her's came from the soul. That is why she was able to win.
And adding onto this, Luz got her magic not just from the soul, but from the heart's of the titan's REAL will, and everyone she loved. Belos? He had no one, and so he had to take, like he always does. If Luz was truly just Belos, as she thought, she'd never be offered so much by so many. So I truly think one of my favorite moments in W&D is the little conversation between the titan and luz, because THAT is when it clicks. The difference between Luz's family and Phillip's "companionships".

It actually reminds me a lot of battle against the true hero for some reason. Mostly with the choice of instruments.
I love it when they recreate the opening of shows for such moments.
Because you’re so focused on the scene and not the music but instantly get hit by comforting nostalgia, it’s amazing!

I LOVED THAT SCENE SM I CANT GET OVER IT AHHH
I don’t know why, but when this track played in the episode I got slightly teary eyed.
It’s got “final showdown!” vibes. It reminds me of Hopes and Dreams from Undertale. It’s such an inspiring and emotionally charged scene, and the soundtrack perfectly embodies that.

Love the show, totally agree. But fuck Disney long before they did that, Disney have been practically villains on this planet since the late 1990's early 2000s.
Don't worry, Disney is Undergoing Flop after flop at the Box office. They'll be bankrupt in no time!

This song reminds me of gravity falls' weirdmageddon finale soundtrack from that scene where they fought Bill's crew with this giant Mystery Shack Mech.
I know right? And considering Dana worked on Gravity Falls, it wouldn't surprise me if she pulled inspiration from that moment while creating this scene.

When Luz and Eda grabbed onto each other in the air and started spinning together as 0:58 kicked in I started tearing up. Just me?

its the end of the Owl house and most people are smashing there heads into there keyboards, but Dana did give us a great finale with cool music to jam to, i just wanna go into disney and bust down a door and find who canceled the owl house.

Whatching the final episode at 3am for the first time was the best experience ever
I love this scene. Luz was trying to do magic all the time and everyone said humans weren't able to do it. And when she finally did, her mentor was behind her and standing by her side 🥲😍😍

@@zaneharris706 highly doubt it. For some reason Disney refuses to acknowledge the popularity of the instrumental tracks in their shows. They'll release lyrical songs but not instrumental. I still keep my fingers crossed though
