She's still at the top of the world She's the goat of women's tennis
❤❤❤❤❤Absolutely no one is better!!
beginning of a dominance, Serena after that was on a whole another level
She’s incredible. Forever the GOAT 🐐👸🎾
Ugh I cried when this happened 🥹
Such an inspiration 👏🏾🙌🏾👑
Keep em coming 🔥
Azarenka had no idea what fire she started lmaooo
Are they even friends?
@@user-em4fd9dv4g Of course!
@@user-em4fd9dv4g… yes they have always been friendly!
Nah Serena didn’t even want that final IMO. She wanted the world no. 1 ranking, which she got, then she coulda cared less about the title itself. She achieved what she had set out to.
@@bryanmartin5901 This is true. She wanted #1 ranking & to beat Sharapova. Once those two goals were accomplished, losing to Azarenka in the final wasn't an issue.
Ms Williams is powerful TENNIS PLAYER SHE QUEEN THEYJEAOUE HATE❤❤❤❤
Goat!!!!
the G.O.A.T 💫💫💫🌹🌹🌹
Truth❤
What most people fail to understand is that sharapova’s game suited Serena perfectly. Her balls always land in Serena strike zone and she always give the same ball with the same pace. Plus she hits hard all the time and all Serena has to do is redirect and create angles to open the court.
Still remember going to my college courses, half paying attention during that Kvitova match. I was emotionally spent that day lol

Interesting note: EXTREMELY rare to see Serena wear the exact same outfit (down to colorway) from a GS later, at a non-Slam tourney.
What I find interesting is when some of the power players actually got Serena on the defensive, they ef it up by retreating to the baseline. NO, go straight to the net and hit the ball out of the air. Then they're looking at Serena all crazy!
Yay, no more flop era content (2004-2006 & 2016-2022). If she hadn't psyched herself out at RG so badly & done better at AO, Serena probably could've gotten to #1 in 2012. If she knew Sharapova was in the RG final, Serena would've made sure to beat her, lol.
They actually would’ve met in the quarterfinals. Kanepi defeated Razzano in the R16 and Kanepi ended up getting beaten by Sharapova in the QF
@@ism7588 Yeah, Serena should’ve focused on reaching the SF. R1 loss was so unnecessary.
Flop?
2016: F, F, W, SF
2017: W
I agree that her return from birth was a COMPLETE flop. She made four finals, but the two Wimbledons she had NO business making. I think the US Open was better. No great, but better.
@@Leomerya12 Yes, flop era. She should’ve won those AO / FO finals, she struggled with her weight, & her mentality was never quite the same.
Winning Charleston, Madrid, Wimbledon, USO, Stanford, Olympics, YEC, should EASILY have boosted her to year end world no. 1 in 2012. Idgaf if she lost “early” (QF) at AO and RG (1R). Azarenka’s dinky little titles besides AO pale COMPLETELY in comparison with the title haul Serena had in 2012. It is ONLY the fault of the shady and backwards WTA point system that Serena was robbed of the year end no. 1 in 2012.
