The dishwasher is fine till it functions well, once the dishwasher stops functioning having any technical problem, after sale service is very bad, no one turns up inspite of several calls, e-mails, etc., pl. be aware of this point. Service and availability of spares is hopeless.
The tray racks are completely rusted and breaking off in 1.5 years and when we complained they blamed it on Salt water even though we have a softener at home and the machine has a softener with salts and we use the costly soap for washing. Also blamed that we do not use Faber products hence no warranty for any. They charge you 500 just to visit and very rude customer service who would not agree on any complaints. Has someone have the same experience of this product?
