So used to just ignoring lawbros in combat. Or worse... getting him on your team and KNOWING it was going to be a loss at matchmaking. Lawbro is freaking scary now!
Had 3 lawbringers and a bp in a 4 stack in a breach game. let’s just say my solo queue team didn’t stand a chance and ended up leaving halfway through. (The classic breach experience) but those lawbringers were terrifying
I’m ngl before this buff/rework me and the boys would four stack Lawbringer and not lose. Or at least, we wouldn’t be losing in K/D - points is a different story.
Ignore the first reply. Sohei is one of the weakest characters in the game currently because he has a very big gimmick that you can easily play around along with extremely low damage. In mid level lobbies he’s probably fine because players don’t think that much to begin with, but the second you fight someone who actively pays attention to which souls you need you’re going to have a bad time. Realistically Sohei doesn’t trade damage well against other heroes, which means openings on his side are much weaker than opening for his opponents. If an opponent just aggressively deprives Sohei of guard breaks he really can’t do much. Especially when you fight people who will buffer parry inputs in response to what soul you need. If they see you need right side light, they’ll start buffering a right side heavy once you start your chain. Worse case, you zone and hit them for 24, but it’s generally a neutral outcome because 24 damage is lower than the typical offensive opening that any other hero will get. So while you might get a chain zone for 24 back into a pretty lackluster mixup, your opponent can push for 30+ damage in their own advantaged interactions. He basically just loses the trade game really aggressively. His only saving grace is that if he gets 2 gbs he can effectively “win” the round. However, it’s not hard to play against GB, or play with ultra safe options. Sohei’s parry punishes are much weaker than his GB punish in the wider fight, and most Dodge attacks beat GB attempts outright. Competent players will interact with Sohei’s mixups in “safe” ways by essentially minimizing his access to souls while consistently out trading his damage. Sohei is C tier in Duels, arguably B tier in Dom for his decent stalling potential.
He is fine, players who look for your souls and buffer parries barely exist. Do not listen to hypersweats, you will never get that kind of lobbies. His dmg is low, but getting souls vs normal players is pretty straightforward. Get light souls by attacking, get heavy souls with 1 gb, done. 0 idea how good you are, but you can bash into 1 shot from heavy parry, just so u know
That Pirate in the first clip definitely went to reddit after that one
KEKW true
The law man plays so good now, he just needs a roll catcher.
I can not understand why some characters still dont have them, and some roll catchers barely work
Really appreciate these "old school" videos of just pure gameplay with no fluff.
lawbringer gameplay brings warmth to my heart
8:56 LOL
another day another bugged audio faramm for honor video
Never played law, but it is nice to see him doing good in the battlefield.
I’ll never understand the logic of Afeeras grappling move where she gets a all protection and yet is able to perform the feat without interruption
She can get interrupted during it, but the allblock on startup is annoying
@@cancancould here’s the bigger thing. How often does that happen everytime that move is utilized?
you can bash after a bash punish btw
Pretty sure he knows bro
He did it on the video also lol

YES LB :D
I returned to the game 2 weeks ago can i have a proper opinion on Sohei? im only Rep 1 with him.
B tier, strong in duels, weak in 4v4
@@raidenlightningbolt4602 that summs up my experience so far ty ty
@@raidenlightningbolt4602 I'd say he's more meh in duels, since it's not really feasible to get all of his souls without a parry or gb

nice
impale is so worthless, literally only good for ledging off light parry or revenge wasting
Well he is gonna get him nerfed ppl will be complaining abt LB soon 😂😂😂
Day 4 of asking faraam to play valkyrie 👌🏾
It annoys me when RB spam is made on characters like Gladiator for example who lose little stamina...For Honor has lost its prestige
amazing video ( havent watched)
Day 2 of asking for valk
Him not talking is when he really shows off he is pretty decent.
My guy did not just call Faraam "pretty decent"
Yeah he's ok
@@fuersschmusuel6443brother decent?
I agree. He isn't bad in terms of reads, but he certainly doesn't get many light parries.
😂😂😂
10:27 is that the right play?
no it’s un optimal but it is funny
boring asf
