- It's time for another fun SGC reveal, this time with 8 cards from the baseball, basketball and football card worlds! We even have my very first pre-war card in Hank Greenberg from 1939 Play Ball cards!
Some of the other cards we're getting graded are Bo Jackson football rookie cards, Michael Jordan junk wax cards of a card that could've been his rookie card, a Paolo Banchero Holo Silver card, Tony Gonzalez Topps Chrome rookie card, and a 1975 Topps Moses Malone rookie card!

Nice video thanks for sharing
Really enjoyable reveal, David. Other than the Moses, I’d say you did pretty well, imho. Like you said, a card from ‘39 is gonna be tough, looks nice in the slab, and at least it was a number grade. Really glad the Bo’s came out solidly! Thanks for sharing, love sweating the reveals out with you, and it was a very cool mix of cards.
Sorry about your day, hope it gets much better. Incidentally, years ago I used to buy some unopened from a guy named Doug with Boca Cards, surely it’s a long shot that that’s the same company you’re sending cards to, I’d imagine, but cool if it somehow were. Anyway, thanks for sharing, well done!
agreed on all points.
Thanks, Scott! Those Bo cards were awesome, man, thank you! The guy I deal with at Boca Cards is Eric Drew, but check out their FB Group and maybe Doug is in there!
Awesome cards and a great video Mr David Gonos. To me they all were great cards. Hope you have a better day tomorrow Mr David Gonos. Have a good Wednesday to you and ✌️ Mr David Gonos my friend.
Thanks a bunch, Robert, much appreciated!!!
Hey buddy
My kid loves Jordan and I PC Bo but…I really love the Greenberg. Even the paper loss doesn’t diminish that card!!!

Thanks, my man! Much appreciated!
I like the 75 set. Very 1970s. I have kareem, Dr J, and Bill Walton from that set. All great cards. Will get Moses Malone eventually.
Oh man, I just can’t get into that ‘75 set! Glad you like them! The beauty of collecting - we all like different stuff and it’s ok! Haha

Minsize means it's too small..
And there is NO sign of altering.. factory cut.
A lot of people bust and resend minsize... and sometimes they get a grade 2nd try
I guess the thing I have never understood about an altered card that gets graded just as "authentic" is if you had torn a chunk off the card, like it was just damaged, they would probably give it a 1, so why not still give it a 1 or 2.
Patrick, I don’t know if this directly addresses your comment, and I’ve never subbed to SGC, but… I have to PSA a few times. I believe this one didn’t get a number grade because it didn’t meet the minimum size required for the issue. By providing that description on the slab as opposed to “Authentic Altered,” I believe SGC believes this is a naturally occurring “shorty” from the factory (and not trimmed). If a card doesn’t not meet the minimum size standards, then it is ineligible for a number grade. This isn’t an uncommon thing with cards from the era. However, I would advise David to keep submitting it, as it will likely find a grader who will assign a number grade at some point.
@@Scott__H That is awesome information. Send it up to KSA in Canada, it will probably get a 10 gem mint.
Indeed!
Good advice! Then again, resubbing is another $15… how many times do I do it before I say - I should just buy a graded Moses RC and call it a day. Ugh
Good point, Patrick!
