Yeah definitely drummer is off, other than that Phil sounded good and Jason doing a good job of learning all these songs on somewhat of a short period of time.

just checked out another recent live video of them with another drummer and its all in time. so yea the drummer is messing this up and making it sound like some highschool cover band

So Matt Deis hasn't been in the band since 2006, had NOTHING TO DO with any of these songs, and it playing them perfectly.
