Don't you people know how to differentiate novelty rap from serious rap? Vincent and Dyords did novelties. Francis made a mark with nationalistic rap songs
Actually Chito Miranda is the Lead vocalist of the band "Parokya ni Edgar", which is the band that provide music to that song "Bagsakan"..it is a collaboration of 2 famous rappers and 1 famous rock band here in the Philippines..
I don't actually think these are underground rap. We have underground rappers just like what Efra said it is a freestyle rap battle called Flip top battles some of them make it big from there. In my opinion these are not underground raps especially with Francis M, Parokya ni Edgar and Gloc 9 they are legends. I really enjoyed this a lot! 1 hour and 28 mins went by so fast.😁
I appreciate your analysis of how Filipino music sounds because of the language. Since I started listening more to Filipino music, I definitely noticed how beautiful it sounds. I attributed it to the short vowels but it's interesting when you described it as percussive. So yea, thanks for the more in-depth analysis.

39:40 When Efra couldn't focus finishing his sentence & Waleska had to tell him to calm down. I realized it's most probably because he saw KZ's name as his sister's preparing for the next video they're about to react to 😁😁😁 And then a few moments later, one of his brain cells fell down... Then at 53:43 his brains melt... And finally at 58:01 another one of his brain cells even left the room... "K & B"
Blood and sweat were shed early in the morning
so my nights are calm while enjoying myself
Thank you to those who didn't leave
I know I sometimes made mistakes
Now I think before I move
While painting
this blank sheet of paper
A demon with an angelic voice
I use a pencil, no need for a gun
My thought process, you won't
understand if you are not at our level
Hmmm, where were you when we were hustling?
Now the cartel is an empire
(Where were you then?) when I tripped
(Where were you then?) When I had nothing
(Where were you then?)
When I was down, why couldn't I find you?
(Where were you then?) when I tripped
(Where were you then?) When I had nothing
(Where were you then?)
When I was down, why couldn't I find you?
Even with a lot of challenges
Continued to get up
And even in a flood
Continued to rise
No false brotherhood
real ones are brothers for life
will give it a try even if a long shot
continuing, never get tired of rowing
with everything experienced, I learned
Can't be quick to anger
If you fall, many would be delighted
Positive thinking up to your sould
Set aside the negative
siphon whats left
always stay positive
Never ever boastful
Blood and sweat were shed early in the morning
so my nights are calm while enjoying myself
I bet it all
I poured it all without measure
got obsessed with the process, got addicted to results
When they all turned lazy even laziness got industrious
While others were indulging I was breaking down
the road for a smoother ride
calm and mellow, impossible to break
In my own league, respect not arrogance
hands itching like I touched a caterpillar
a day isn't enough for you to step in my shoes
with the amount of cunning, it's unlikely this will end
Love for your craft, it will not lead you astray
sink or swim only the truth will be shouted
No secrets, here there is no need for secrecy
I planted a tree so now the roots are deep
Set aside the negative
siphon whats left
always stay positive
Never ever boastful
Blood and sweat were shed early in the morning
so my nights are calm while enjoying myself
If they think you can't do it
walk straight without looking back
too many questions can confuse
How to get it is up to you
If they think you can't do it
walk straight without looking back
too many questions can confuse
How to get it is up to you
