What a great explanation. I have seen a lot of videos, but just now, I understood the real differences between Collapsed-Core and Spine-Leaf Architectures.
Couple of takeaways I got from you are 1. VMs can be moved across different leaf's keeping the same IP address within the same VLAN. It utilizes the VxLAN technology Underlay and Overlay - Underlay is IP Routing and Overlay is VxLAN using VTEP's communicating with each other. Thanks a lot Terry !!!
I guess I'm missing your point. The video was designed to introduce the topic of Massively Scalable Data Center design is the comment indicative that you thing it is mis-categorized or beneath the level of the other other videos in the series?
Less than 1 min in and I can tell this guy knows his stuff and can explain it. Well done.
Thanks

You're very welcome!

Glad you found it helpful

Great video you really explain the leaf-spine design and make it easy to understand.
Glad you like it!
@@TerryVinsonCCIEx2 what video/lecture are you referencing when you cover 2 tier and tier 3 design?
Great 👍 please why it not recommend to link spine switchs between them ? Thank you
I really tried to learn something from this video but I can't focus on anything other than how impressively this man writes in reverse
Lol. That is why the light board went away. Too much distraction for students.
bro he just reversed the video
This is a superb video. I've seen other people try to explain this 10x as long and not manage it.
Thank you!
great video!
Great video!
Glad you enjoyed it
Helped me very much.THank you!
You're welcome!
Hello! I have one question about spine switches. Are they connected to each other with stacking or any redundancy protocol like vrrp/hsrp?
Not typically no.
crystal clear!!!!
Are you that good at writing backwards or is there some magic going on here? Great video and very unique presentation!
The camera reverse the image. Just means I can't wear cool shirts with writing! :P
brilliant. great refresher. thanks!
You're welcome!
I do some instruction at a local community college, what is the presentation software the lets you be behind the virtual white board?
Its a camera on one side and me on the other. The camera flips the image. So nothing special really.
How are these guys able to write backwards??
The result of childhood trauma.
Thanks for simple explanation.
You bet!
where can i get the full series ?
Great video, thank you!
My pleasure!
great Video ! How do i access other series ?
I'm uploading this entire course here on UA-cam for 2021.
@@TerryVinsonCCIEx2 Hi Terry, what is this series called as I tried to lookup for your previous video explanation for 2-tier and 3-tier architecture.
