SMWCPII - Jeptak (custom enemy)

Another custom enemy for ASMWCPII. Note that there are no proper graphics, due to my horrific artistic skills. The basic idea for the enemy is this: it aims for you for a moment or two, locks on at the last second, and then flies at you with incredible speed. The trick to avoiding it is to move out of the way just as it locks on.
I named it Jeptak because, according to Google Translate, it would make it a pun in Polish (ptak is bird, rearrange the "t" and the "p" in Jeptak and you get Jetpak, the method the bird uses to fly...excluding the "c").
