Had a 2005 Speedmaster, from new, for 7 years. Loved it. Looks like the later models had the pegs set further back than the 2005? Change to a single front disc was a good idea imo as I found it overbraked with two. Might pick up another one.

I sold my 1700 Thunderbird (a sweet hot rod of a bike) and went back to the Speedmaster for the exhaust note which, with TORs or Cocktail Shakers, is the best IMO, and the Speedy is much lighter. Fun bike!
poit444 You went from the 1700 Thunderbird just for the exhaust note? Do you find that you miss the “power” of the Thunderbird. I used to have a Triumph America, and was thinking of the Thunderbird...but your comment had me contemplating a used Speedmaster now. Thanks
@@jjphresh7058 own an America and test Rode a 1700 TB. The America speedy is much more fun. The TB is so Heavy that ut isnt any faster

Interesting bike. Never messed with Triumphs much. Looks good sounds decent. Great gospel passage for today's times. Oh, and you're cracking me up hitting that pot hole every time haha.

The Triumph Speedmaster and America are up there with the best sounding bikes on the road. Throw on a pair of British Customs cocktail shakers and it cannot be beat. Sound is beastly, IMO.
Here's A Good question, what happens when Riding a Motorcycle and somehow Blows a Tire how should we React to it and how to Control the Bike when it does Happen, I am sure of one thing Never Touch your Front Break to save yourself and if so a Passenger, has a Video ever been made for that Safety Concern? if so has it been posted of Talked about in your Next Video, Please let US Bikers Know. I have the same bike and love it. Recently, I got myself the same windshield but have a lot turbulence at my helmet above 80 km/h. How do I solve this issue? I'm not able to find the right set of wind deflectors for this specific bike.

I’m loving my Royal Enfield Interceptor, but might need a Speedmaster if I can find the room in my garage.
The source of that sound and power? 270 degree crank as opposed to 360 degrees like older British TWINs.

Another bike I want to try on my list, I dunno if I can ride one cuz I am short. I'm 5"6' and 155 lbs. But nevertheless a great bike to try anyways, I will be super careful till I get use to the bike. Thanks for the video.

It's the only way to choose Speedmaster on Triumph's branding if the requirements are cruiser & additional seats.

Every time you hit that pothole, I laugh.
My only problem is the 3 gallon tank. On such a big bike you would think a 5 gallon tank would be best but nope.
Was hoping to hear the Triumph, but the bellowing crotch rocket prevented the opportunity.

It was my 1st streeter and it's a bit of a handful at first but very comfy and forgiving so I'd say "possibly". I've had mine 8 years now. Great if you want more riding and less wrenching brother.
Yes it would be. Best to learn on a dirt bike first then get on the street. Bike pushing 60 horse power. You wouldn’t get tired of it like a 250

Kinda sad that the 865cc speed master is pretty much on par with the 1200cc sportster performance wise... I love HD but I really wish they cared more about their products.

I heard about these bikes, something I want to test, I am a Harley fan cause they make beautiful bikes and some are powerful bikes, my uncles ride Harleys. I am a big cruiser bike kinda woman. So yea I will check and see if I could get a test drive.
I have an 05 SpeedMaster so I am biased but these bikes are much better than a Sportster and they aren’t a dime a dozen like the Harley. Very reliable, handles well, loads of torque, look great and if you put some nice pipes on it sounds even better. Only down side is you get old dudes wanting to talk to you every time you stop about their old Bonny (this is in fact a Bonneville, cruiser variant)

when you slow down the playback speed of the video to .25 your cryout in pain is much longer and funny when you hit the pot hole. take a bag of cold patch and fix it yourself . be much faster that way.

I hit tons of em on my '12 Speedmaster and it handles them well. They're super tough and forgiving.
Too bad we had to listen to that buzz bomb instead of that parallel twin. Otherwise it was a decent video.

I don’t understand why people buy the speedmaster witch is the stripped back naked version and then dress it up like the triumph America witch has the wind screen and bags. They just ruin the hole look of the bike. TAKE THE SCREEN AND BAGS OFF and the SISY BAR !!! And it’s a Parallel twin not an in line twin lol.

Ive owned a speedmaster for 3 years now, they arent comfortable, they arent responsive, they eat tyres and sprockets. Theyre terrible in corners but they look ok.

I watched srk bible quote reviews, hot chicks in bikini reviews, some cool dude that looks like wolverine before I bought my Sabre 1100. So thank you Jesus for fine looking females wearing bikinis and Wolverine helping decide on my bike. HALLELUJAH!!!!!
