sometimes I wonder if they make some things damn near impossible because of the internet . Its almost as if devs need to make things in games that require the herd intelligence to figure out . Pre internet there were secret things but nothing to the level that there is now . I remember some things in BF1 that were insane .
Just got to him just to get my arse served in a silver plate. It's stupid... whenever get to manage to fool the bourbons and give a poke on him, he just stuns me and instakill me with that lava wave. Looks like that either (or both) my build and gear are bad.

I think the only way to redeem it is make a new character. But if you really don't want to do that, there are some programs that allow you to duplicate items into the game. That is the only 2 options I know of.

Dude, you got at leas 4-5 Purple items from this run. Were you in luck or you are doing something? :D I mean it's not at least 15-20 minutes for me to find a single purple on Ultimate. Is it just RNG?

@@mcchuckstergaming3071 hardcore is just something entirely different, hardcore means one life and that is it, you die it game over, difficulty is normal, elite, ultimate. You unlock elite by beating normal, and ultimate by beating elite. veteran makes things slightly harder but gives you 10% extra xp.
I don't seem to do any damage to him with my soldier/inquisitor :/ He keeps summoning clones of bourbon which i kill in seconds, but he takes no damage.
I put together the grimtools. www.grimtools.com/calc/JVlYz1XZ I've killed mogdrogen and ravager, as well as the first part of this secret quest and they all took damage right away. I shot Lokarr for about 5 minutes and saw no damage done to him.
Oh I forgot to list the constellations. I have: tortoise, unknown soldier, light of empyrion, kraken, eel, harpy, toad, quill, blue, purple & yellow cross roads, stag, leo, and harvestman's scythe. I have kraken because I was using the two handed ranged weapon Mythical Silverbolt, then changed to the one handed weapon and shield shown in grimtools to see if that would help, but it didn't. I was also using oleron's might with the 2handed weapon and switched to menhir's bulwark.

Nice character too., but why use wind devils? they mostly weaken enemies and do damage types that most of your real damage dealing pet's, save for the raven, don't use.
Swift Nimblefoot I did a build guide on this class you should check it out on my channel. More or less most of my pet damage gets converted into lightning and wind devil drops enemy elemental resist. Thus giving your pets higher damage. Raven scales pretty horribly.
Also I don't use GD stash and never have. If you are going to accuse people of cheating at least have proof. Watch any of my streams I do it all live when I get gear.

Once you do the quest line it is unlocked and farmable.

How do you farm Lokkar? Do you have to do the quest over and over each time?
Once you spawn him you can just kill him over and over in a new game.

Don't be embarrassed, most players never finish the game. Just keep with it and at a steady pace.

veteran is its own thing and only effects xp and makes monsters harder. you MUST be on ultimate to do this...as stated in video

80% resist is not enough becuse he drops all your elemental res maybe 30% so now youre left with only 50%

The only thing you can do is make a new character, or use GD stash to cheat it in.

Yea sorry about that on inspection and upload it did not seem that bad. I have improved that over time.
If your character isn't edited with GDStash you're going to have a bad time with this boss.
That's not true at all I don't cheat or use mods and I can kill him just fine.
As far as celestial bosses go he is the easiest to fight.
