She does remember some of it, cuz she asked if it has coffee at the start. And she said Caroline gave a lady finger signal, but others were not too sure.

I realized in yesterday's episode that the men are terrible at time management. Brodin learned the most and seems to be the most competent baker this season but just like nick they really threw in the time management department experimenting and not accounting for the time it took to plate their final piece.

This is probably one that QT should’ve had an example like she did with the cream puffs. The average person has never seen tiramisu.
Edit: I want to clarify that Tiramisu isn’t a super popular in the US, but it’s probably very popular in other parts of the world. That’s why I’m not surprised that none of the bakers really knew what tiramisu was.
This cannot be true. I'm extremely poor and grew up extremely rural and I've never met anyone who doesn't know what tiramisu is.

It’s absolutely crazy how many nick fans are here just being salty. “Peach cheated” there’s no way she had more of an advantage than anyone here. Reading chat is nothing, it’s moving a hundred miles a second and there’s no way to get a proper recipe from that. In the beginning she clearly shows she just didn’t know what it was called and the confirmation of it having coffee did it for her. Let’s say chat gave her the ingredients- putting it together without a recipe and measurements is still impressive. Nick and Sam had it and immediately knew it. There’s no advantage

@@quackncheese and the cream mixture with heavy cream and mascarpone… but the key point here is, she said she didn’t knew what tiramisu was, there’s no way that you’re going to come up with ladyfingers out of thin air if you don’t know what tiramisu is
She figured out the marscapone by Caroline opening the fridge and showing everyone, and she figured out the cocoa powder when Caroline poured it in the pan during her 3 minutes. Also, about the whole ladyfingers thing, she most likely didn’t remember what it was at first, then remembered the ladyfingers bit after some thinking. 🤷♂️ I just don’t see WHEN she could have cheated, and it’s not like the show is for money or anything.
