Even if I had the money, I wouldn't pay 45 million for a house directly across from a school. Too much traffic and too much noise. I think the builder was too ambitious.
It’s a Waste of money , too cold in the winter , too many windows, glass all over the place. roof deck serves no purpose . This house is not livable does not feel like a home. Best use it to impress your friends or use it to throw a fundraiser for some charity It’s all about Ego ,
