I really enjoy lions documentals. And everytime a lion dies or get hurt I just can't... There was this one where a cub got injured and the mother had to abandon it to care for the other healthy cubs more. But the mother was so sad and roaring sadly. I was bawling my eyes out, and even remembering hurts 😥
I saw a documentary, I think on Nat Geo, about a pride of lions that regularly climb trees (which is really unusual for lions, and no other prides regularly do this). They were talking about how this pride was pretty isolated from the rest of the population and how they survived alongside growing human settlements. One of the lions had a little of adorable cubs, and you couldn’t help getting attached to them. The crew had filmed some really cool hunts and other behaviors, and they’d interviewed local conservationists about how they were helping protect the lions. The conservationists had identified and named almost all of the lions, including the cubs, and had predicted that they had a bright future ahead of them. Then, as the credits started to roll, they’d added an update. I think it was about a month or two after filming ended. The entire pride had been poisoned and killed. They think it was farmers trying to protect their livestock. I was devastated.
I avoid all sad things right before and first two days of my period. I've learned it's best when I cried over a picture of a puppy because it was TOO cute.
This is so me😂 my nieces wanted to watch the one about oceans. I just remember looking up as the killer whale engulfed the seal. Nope nope nope. I know it happens, I know it’s life, I DONT need to watch it happen. Thank you very much! 😂 🤣

NO WE CANNOT. My mother had a fucking meltdown over baby sea turtles confusing city lights for the light of the moon reflecting off of the sea. She sobbed and shouted bc the camera people allowed cars to run over newborn sea turtles. SO NO. WE ARE NOT READY.
This reminds me of the show on Animal Planet called Meerkat Manor. Still to this day I GRIEVE over the death of Flower. I cried for weeks over her death. It traumatized me.
Once I watched one starting with the predators, possibly lion cubs but Im not sure. Then when they hunted successful it was good as the cubs could eat. Always think how then the predators young can exist, and they are often cute as well.
I'd be crying over what HUMANS have done to all other species unnecessarily. The rest is just nature doing nature things. (Can't wait for nature to have it's revenge on humans.)
A voice student's mom left an animal documentary on their TV while I was waiting in their living room, 7 weeks pregnant, nauseated, and hadn't told any of my students. To this day they probably have no idea why I had to leave. I didn't watch TV for the rest of my pregnancy, no joke.
There was an episode of alone where a momma squirrel was screaming over her baby squirrel that got caught in a trap.. I balled like a baby for hours after
I watched nature shows, and planet earth, a lot as a kid like maybe 10 years old and i never got sad from like lions killing the deer or anything like that. But i DO remember the episode when the flamingo got salt around his legs and then he couldnt fly with his friends so they left him behind and he died 😭😭😭💔💔💔
