Hello Scott, this is a great video showing how to make decals - I never knew you could buy a cutter, the Silhouette Cameo hobby cutter is a great gadget, you could start a small business selling custom decals on ebay etc. I've seen your video on applying to rc aircraft - it was very precise and well explained, thank you kindly.
+Scott Heath Hi, I mentioned the settings in the video, unless you are referring to something different... Speed 2, Thickness 4, blade 1 (in computer) (but I had the physical blade set to 0 inside the machine.) there will be tons of ways to set it up, but that was what worked for me for that cut. (I used 'show gridlines' and extended the grid to outside the desired cut area.)
+scott Bechervaise thanks! I tried a while back but didn't remove the backing and it worked ok, not great. I heard them in the video but was sitting in the car and didn't have anything to write on. Posting them here really helps.

Have you ever tried this by attaching the monocote with the backing still on to a 12X24" Cutting Mat?
If tape is too sticky, stick it ti yiur t-shirt to pick up a bit of lint and this will decrease the tackiness.
Try using press and seal food wrapping paper to lift your your projects
BennyCFD Hey! Now there is an idea! I will give it a shot next time 'round! Thx!
Can you post the settings you use in the software?
