I used to get so caught up in teacher mode, that some aspects of homemaking was neglected. Sometimes I would have a partial school day, where some of the subjects are taught, to make time for homemaking tasks. Also, I may cook (especially dinner) for more than one day...that really comes in handy and helps me with accomplishing more the next day. I am working on having my little one involved in age appropriate tasks (besides putting away toys). 😂

I struggle with having realistic expectations. Me and my husband talk about it often. I’m always trying to do it all.
@@Words2mydaughter If I try to do it all I'll get nothing done. I try to a few things at a time, do them well, then add a little more at a time 🌹
