I got the answer right in the chalkboard but I did it in a much different way 1 times 3 is 3 Plus one equals four
2 times 4 is 8 and 8 plus 2 is 10
3 times 5 is 15 and 15 plus 3 is 18
And 4 times 6 is 24 and 24 plus 4 is 28
The second one is wrong. 3 to the power of 33 gives a larger number.

Also, before anyone complains about her kidnapping kids who fails the quiz, the vid pointed out that those kids have trespassed into her school and willingly let them leave once their parents come for them. I'm not defending the kidnapping so much, but at the same time, kids can be criminals and intruders need to be dealt with somehow so they won't be able to take off with any valuables or possibly commit a worse crime.

It is not intuitive if the school supply items represent single digits. If so, one cannot simply infer commutative or associative properties using only the given picture. The given solution magically inserts a 'multiplication sign' between the two pencils. Why? Shouldn't two fives immediately in sequence (as in the picture) be 55?
