that is fantastic so much respect for this man , hard work.and great vision, food brings nations together forgeting politics and everything. great job David
I was here last year. Best food in Albania for a fraction of the price in the US or other expensive countries. Plus Albanian people are super friendly. You should try and visit UKA farm in Tirana as well. Organic food is the way to go.
Like how they use everything that the locals have grown.....the terrace where you had breakfast is just breathtaking.... the foods fresh fruits wine cheese beautiful stone buildings... saw so much in this video ... just appreciate it all. Another amazing and so very ..very informative video of Albanian cuisine/ scenes. Thanks David... stay safe.
Hi David Loved watching this again, I watched it the first time round, and just so you know one goose is a goose 2 are geese and more than that is a gaggle xx
Great job David! Thank for promoting Albania PASTËRMA ( pas-tor-ma) means Jerky. In the North of Albania it is mainly made of pork. However, they make the best beef jerky.

I LOVED THE VIDEO MAINLY BC I LOVE CHEESE &WINE LOL!!!!SUCH A BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY AND LOTS OF REALLY GREAT PPL!!!!HOPE U ARE WELL DAVID I LOVE U ALWAYS!!!!👍😘🌞🤗❤🤩🥰✌
David: These documentaries are really interesting. Everything about this one was SIMPLE. Are these Italians living in Albania? I believe that you were speaking some Italian!!!. That farm is HUGE and you can't want for any thing. I love the fact that nothing is complicated, from the farm to the food to the dining area and to THAT room. NO PRIVACY. No sleeping in the buff🤣🤣🤣. Isn't it amazing that that couple was still doing everything the old fashioned way, the lady who was weaving that table cloth and the gentleman who was making the bread baskets and the pottery maker? No modern technology there. Makes one appreciate it all the more. SIMPLICITY throughout. Here's to good health 🙏🕊️🇨🇦🇹🇹
No, they are not Italians, they are Albanians who decades ago emigrated to Italy and worked there for about a decade and then returned to their properties in Fishte-Lezhe-Albania and invested their savings in this FAIRIES'-LAND (the actual translation of the name of their agritourism business.
@@mendjelire8392 : thank you for the explanation. This is why I love this because we learn so much from people like you. At one point I thought they were in Italy and I had to keep checking to make sure it was Albania 🤔😊😊😊. Beautiful country side. 🇨🇦🇹🇹
@@JudyT868 the landscape in Albania is very much like Italy's. We just need more visionary, hard working people like Altin to make it more like the wonderland that is Italy :)
David mentioned that he has Hungarian ancestors. I wonder if you know about the history between Hungary & Albania going back to Ottoman Empire. David also speaks Italian here & there; wonder if you got some Italian in you. Nonetheless; I am glad you understand how most Albanians are; Loving, Caring & Very Welcoming. Albanians everywhere, We appreciate you David.
