2023 Nature Writing Prize - Keynote Presentation by Australia author Tim Winton

The 2023 Nature Writing Prize was again a wonderful celebration of nature writing and Australian talent. The night was capped off by an incredible keynote presentation by Australian author Tim Winton. In this keynote, Tim spoke from the heart about how writing would play an important part in stopping the 'business as usual' approach to conservation and the protection of nature and, could spur a cultural sea change for action, noting there is a 'nature-sized hole at the heart of our economics'.
