I am new seller (0 orders and right now creating the gig , will complete gig creation by tomorrow) and now after watching this video ( impressing the client, going more than they asked, research and adding gifts to the client , doing their business analysis to see what is it i can improve etc ), i will optimize my selling strategy according to my clients needs (and improvement possibilities) . So for new sellers also this is it. Of course i know it will take years to reach where you are and right now as beginner i have to focus on how to get my first order/win trust of clients, but still this video is also relevant to new sellers as well for them to plan their long term approach.
