@PaulGordon, This was in 1943 on The Lucky Strike Hit Parade later called Your Hit Parade. I know this because the conductor, Mark Warnow, was my Grandfather. If you look up Frank Sinatra -"Stardust" Lucky Strike Promo 1943 you'll see this.
@bluecosmos1999, This is NOT lip sync. This was on The Lucky Strike Hit Parade, later called "Your Hit Parade" conducted by Mark Warnow. Look up Frank Sinatra-"Stardust" Lucky Strike Promo 1943. I know this because Mark Warnow was my grandfather. This was actually on the radio. Back then, before TV people went to hear/see radio shows. When Mark Warnow died in 1949 his brother, my grand uncle Harry Warnow who went by the name Raymond Scott took the show to TV starring his wife, Dorothy Collins.

Nostalgic nostalgia felt in his voice
Ses premiers pas avec Tommy Dorsey. Quel destin, emplis d'étoiles.
His mood is amazing. Where'd he get that?
1941 not 1950
Thanks have amended title to the ‘40s

The good times
Im so confused, is this lip synced or live?
Lip synced
Fairly certain this is live given how in the version I posted, you can hear him taking breaths between different notes and lines.
Sinatra didn’t like to lip sync. He wanted to sing everything live. He was like Bill O’Reolly. WE’LL DO IT LIVE!!!
