As Kolhapur resident I can say these are decent roads. Becoz when you come to Kolhapur you will see worst kinds of road, we have dirt tracks here in city. And municipal authorities don't care about it

This was morning time so you rarely see city bus and about road, Yes there were no road while shooting this video. Today there are good roads.
