I saw him in Berlin on the streets more than ten years ago, singing Hallelujah by Lenard Cohen. It was such a deep experience that I never forgot. Since then I have been following him from time to time and must say, I am still moved by him. He makes every song he sings special and unique.
I was sold with the first line, such a big song and you didn't let it rattle you....put you own spin on it and it just worked. I didn't even miss the funk. Great voice and nice translation too.
