Color tinted glasses work for eye fatigue especially when using LEDs monitors/screens but those orange pair he wears subdue the blue spectrum entirely. amber or yellow tinted glasses would be more ideal. Gunnar make a pair of amber glasses that blocks 65% of blue light at 450 nm wavelength. For gaming glasses the objective is to reduce the blue light intensely (about 50-80%) but not block it entirely which orange does. The guy is incredible at the game and doing it with orange tinted glasses is insane.
I don’t know the brand he uses but orange tinted glasses aren’t ideal for gaming, the blue spectrum will be entirely missing. it won’t cast a yellowish-orange hue quite like iOS Night Shift does but will do something similar (Orange is better for winding down for sleep). its just the fact that there really isn't more you can do than throw a perfect pitch, at this level they literally able to hit everything so all you can do is hope you hit better, and its not like they're throwing nothing but strikes either, Kriner made some very difficult takes at bat, just two of the very best going at it.
