This is a (usual) 2A03+MMC5+VRC6 j0cc-Famitracker cover of Lifetime Achievement Award by Lemon Demon. I started this way back in June but I also started college and it's a really tough curveball for me, so I wanted to put this on hold until I had time to really go through this one perfectly. This one was by far the most difficult one to make with all the speaking and gradual changes, but I learned a lot about supersawing and stretching out the meta parts of Famitracker. I also tried to upload this in 60FPS 1080p but it took up like 50 GB of my drive so I decided to go with 30FPS 1080p instead (I also had to reupload this twice because of audio issues!). I hope you don't mind.
I feel like a lot of Spirit Phone's messages are becoming more relevant this year. Expect either Spiral of Ants, When He Died or Touch Tone Telephone as the next SP song (as usual it will probably take a long time as school is my priority and I'm trying not to fail LOL).

i think it's weird that this song was supposed to sort of be the face of spirit phone but then got completely annihilated popularity-wise by the two songs after it aka. touch tone telephone and cabinet man lmao
I find that fucking hilarious tbh. This happens with every fucking album lol. Dinosaurchestra, eh didn't really happen there. View Monster was taken over by The Machine, Knife Fight, Modify, even fucking SUNDIAL! Then I Am Become Christmas was forgotten lol, and Nature Tapes. C'mon. Do I need to say it.

would anyone like to explain how I was able to hear the words being formed at the end part??? That's absolutely bonkers, I literally heard the 8-bit saying "due to my strong personal convictions, I wish to stress that this record in no way endorses a belief in the occult"
one of the chips i used for this cover (vrc6) has 2 channels that let me use 8 different wavelengths (numbered 0-7), so i wrote the 8-bit voice part in those channels and used those wavelengths to mimic a person talking :)
