Hi all. There is a big problem in new sorento release in Russian market nowdays, due to the problem with new 8 DCT paired with new 2.0 disel engine. Could you please say, is there such a problem in any other countries?
Didn't hear about such a problems in my country, Lithuania, EU
No problem in the UK. Only middle trim 4wd model available with diesel, which has Adblue DEF here. This model lacks the quilted seats, head up, blind spot screens and Bose stereo plus sunroof. I've ordered one which should arrive within a week or so. The only thing that bugs me about the spec is that it also lacks driver's seat memory, which I consider very important on electric seats. The petrol hybrid 1.6 turbo is available in three trim levels. I think different countries have decided to take, or been allocated a different mix of specifications due to production constraints early on. I'm sure more choice will be available when second or third shipments are due, one in February [November built cars] and then the middle of next year. Hopefully at some point there will be a diesel mild hybrid which would be ideal for well above 1000kms range on each fill of diesel.
Wow you’re in Lithuania 🇱🇹 ? Lucky you have memory seat settings and rear window shades. We in the USA 🇺🇸 don’t. Kia decided to only have that in the telluride A holes lol. From Los Angeles I say awesome video

Love the new Sorento but Kia made a HUGE mistake by leaving out the Drivers Seat Memory feature. It's not available on any trims, including the SX Prestige. This feature is a MUST HAVE for anyone who shares the driving with someone else. Kia...please fix this ASAP!
The memory seats are there 2 of them.
@@saauuzza Hi Guys - Where do you live? I don;t think that Drivers Seat Memory is available in the USA, but is in Canada and some overseas markets like the UK.

@@saauuzza In the USA, the Drivers Seat Memory feature is not available on any trim level, including the top-of-the-line SX Prestige. Very sad!

KIA really did nail the design. But they forgot you have to drive it. The cabin is noisy, the ride is harsh, steering is vague. Wouldn't recommend it...
