A tech came out to try and fix one of our dishwashers, first thing he asked me what brand of rinse aid and dishwashing chemicals we was using. We use finish rinse aid, and powder. I asked why the first thing he said is most manufacturers are sick of claims because people are using different products to what the manufacturers recommend. So keep that in mind. He never mentioned lucent globe but when I mentioned the brand he just said NO in a firm voice. So after reading so reviews about people having issues with dishwashers after using the product now i understand why.
Pricing aside it's good to see that they actually work. I feel like how people stack their dishwashers is also an important factor in how well certain things get clean.

Agree, with no physical contact apart from water and soaps (no rubbing or abrasion with a dish cloth), plate and item separation is critical.
Very helpful. Thank you.
Very good to know! Great testing mate. Won’t be supporting lucent globe
