It barely got updated it got faster and more bones in the bone rush and jumps it can barley even be considered a buff.

Underworld paps also got new puddle move. Basically it got replaced by the most useless move, goop rain
But he also lost a move, his uhh great leap

finnaly "THIS CHARACTER GOOD NOW" is real.
The new upgrade I think will be similar to murderer sans, you will be able to put some traps around the map before start of round, and by that I got hopes what maybe they will add royal guard papyrus, maybe as epic-legendary skin same as dustbelief snowdin.
Maybe papyrus will get moves related to the bridge puzzle and the map will be on that bridge? (If you don't know the bridge is actually a painting created by papyrus) he will use them alongside his bones moves?
they said that they will release fell paps as a legendary skin, he even has a theme on the ulc extras soundcloud account
Btw!! Tsds and dustbelife hav phantoms at upgrade 2 that actually attack the players

and i think paps looks the same tbh it didnt really look like they changed much
they gave him more bonewalls, increased his bone throw count but reduced the damage, they gave him more special attack uses and they gave him the "sans" bone move

@@Skeleton-t7j ye bone leap was knida overpowered with underworld but the new attack is ok inst that bad, horror paps is useless now he should get buffed, dust beef snowdin(no upgrades) still useless but less useless than before, so overall i think the best after update is Classic Papyrus and Dustbelief snowdin(all upgrades
