From what I understand it is best to NOT let your battery drain completely before charging. That is what I have read and what everyone in the ebike forums say.
@@thepeterparkershow I have also heard that but don’t know how to successfully accomplish that. My charger is red while charging and green when complete. I guess I could turn on my bike and check the lcd display but I also read to keep the bike turned off while charging.
@@mcuz2164 You can get a smart charger on Amazon that lets you set the % you want to charge to and will automatically shut off after charging to avoid damaging the battery. It's best to keep your batteries between 20%-80% for maximum life expectancy. With all lithium ion cells you can expect a 20% decrease in capacity after 1,000 charge cycles.
@@mcuz2164 If your PEV uses genuine Panasonic or Samsung cells then your chance of battery failure is nearly 0%. That's why people recommend them so highly.
I thought the same thing about letting my battery drain before charging but that’s wrong with pev you went to not let it get low it actually hurts the battery and puts strain on it
I try to not let it drain all the way to 0% unless i had a super long ride. I usually let it drain to 50%-40% then charge it up to 80-90% unless i have a group ride/long ride which I charge to 100%.
Wow! Great Video! Much Demonstration! Such “Bleeps”! Seriously though... doors opening from parked cars on the right and people that overrun the stop line are my nightmares on the road.
The shoe thing in 90's was cops catching dealers and chucking the shoes over wires after searching them to fck over the low level street dealers. That's also why it can signify a spot to score drugs.

Resurrecting I know (just subbed a couple of weeks ago), but I hit the Farmers Market myself when my children's high school band had a Disneyland performance trip. My hyphenated vocabulary (swearing) also increased dramatically as soon as I got my ebike. 🤬😂 Enjoying the Peter Parker Show!
Really? Same brand (100$)? They better be because that was not very cool of them to tell me after buying them. But I’m sure it will be all worth it at the end.
The Airpod is useless for tracking your bike as it only has local tracking if you're too far away it can't work so it's entirely pointless as a tracker fob for security it has no GPS your phone is the part that has the GPS
It sends location data to your phone by using other iPhones nearby and using the iPhones as a massive network. It does work even if your phone isn’t nearby.
Another thoughtful video dude. I've adopted a new policy, I don't back order anything. If it's not in stock it doesn't exist so why should I pay for it. Once they have your money you are at their mercy. I've learned this the hard way and once people stop paying for things in advance these companies will no longer be able to do this crap. It's a win win for them and you sit and spin. It absolutely encourages bad business practices and a lot of bad things can happen. Just say NO.
I don't have any super series bike but I do have a regular chinese style 750w 48v bike class 3 pedal assit "28" and i can get it up to 30 if I pedal a little hard. I'm also right about 235
Hey Martin! Thanks for reminding me of that! I put a link in the description of the video. Although they are sold out at the moment they might come back in stock soon 👍
My 500w scooter head light just started blinking out like it wasn't enough out like it has a shortage. I wondered if it was the same electric issue you spoke of for your super 73 headlight🤔
It probably either had a cold solder joint that caused a short from a big bump or you got moisture in the circuitry. Most scooters don't have very good water resistance for the lights even if they are IP rated. First thing I did when I bought mine was take it apart, install rubber grommets on all the lights and then made a cut out of a rubber mat to line the outside of my deck. That makes it much more difficult for moisture to enter your scooter.
If I was local to you I could probably diagnose and fix it within an hour. Scooters are super easy to work on but I understand if most people are uncomfortable working on their own stuff.
Just stumbled on your page, good ebike vids. But, why are you afraid of the cops? I'm from Houston, Tx. and cops here are generally friendly and helpful. By the way, I'm really considering getting a super73 after watching some of your vids!
Bear in mind that if the thieve has an IPhone, he will be notified that he is traveling with a AirTag which is not his. And he will be able to track it with his IPhone. It has something to do with privacy policy from Apple. So you can’t track someone without them knowing it. It does work if the thieve has an android phone.
Awesome new video! Crazy drivers out there and seeing you go at high speeds with those insane door openers, traffic and trucks makes me cringe. Yikes!! Love that new battery pack for your light and so cool that you can charge your phone with it too!!! The little tracker system is super cool! Great idea!! So sad what is happening in Palestine and good to see that people are peacefully protesting the injustice. It did scare me to see you so vunerable in front of so many cops! Stay safe Spidey!
Gr8 Review of the Kane Battery. Was on the fence and your review sold me! Unfortunate they are out of stock and I had to simply give my email to be on waiting list... Guess that's the norm in the e-Bike community these days...

Yeah and if the insurgents don't have a sponsored provaccateur to start the usual scripted, planned violence the cops may turn their attention to a more convenient, replacement beat down while serving and protecting ( the corporation)

I’ve made two super73 battery videos. Everything you need to know about them.
The leather gloves can sure save the hands and you will take a diving dump, just not today, you are a good man for safety peter Parker.
From what I understand it is best to NOT let your battery drain completely before charging. That is what I have read and what everyone in the ebike forums say.

That's not really true but mostly when people say that it lacks context.

Are you happy with the AirTags? I'd use it for my Super73 ZX
They work great. I haven’t had any incidents where I’ve had to use it. But i use it sometimes to check on my bike while I left it park somewhere
The cops pointing at your bike aren't interested in stopping you for a ticket, more interested in getting one themselves.
haha, you probably right.

I put some fairings on it that I got from Amazon so it looks like a full blown motorcycle
