Not a mother yet but i witnessed my cousins who practiced breastfeeding and i must stay its really hard and i wanna commend pat as well, coz u know being a mom is the toughest job in the world. You wouldn't be able to pull the breastfeeding journey if you dont have a very supportive and reliable partner. Winnie, you're a great mom! Someday I want to be a mom like you.
Nursing isn’t hard at all. Just prepare your nipples, and know it takes a couple days for mom and baby to get I. Sync, and for the milk to fully come in. Nurse often and you’ll have plenty of milk. And of course ah e a great diet and lots of fluids (not coffee or caffeine).

Hello Ms Wong, can you do separate video regarding how you pump then store your breast milk? and when you work at home how can you manage your time during working hours, Thank you :))
can you clarify what you mean by how I pump?
As for storing breast milk. I leave it in the fridge I featured for the day, and if I have excess I'll place it in the freezer.
"Breast milk can be placed in the back of the refrigerator (39°F or 4°C). It is best to use refrigerated breast milk within 4 days, but it can be refrigerated for up to 8 days."
As for work hours, since I teach, I'll try to pump for 15 minutes in between classes and I'll have it stored in a cooler bag, the work fridge and have my messenger bring it back
