The most value filled video I have seen. God's people are powerful. This is the role model many minority young men need. If our young men were listening to this "Man" on a daily basis instead of what is on radio stations, streaming platforms, video, etc. the prison system population would decrease in Large numbers. Terri thank you for sharing this leader/game changer! Side note: I am planning to taking your class 6/1/2022

I got a chance to experience Michael when he started at RCA. He was Amazing! Then I saw the Ellen show and I knew why he was such a blessing to the children at his school. Teri, you are the BEST! Teri thank you for your statement about giving your best in service to your role/profession. Everyone has days when they're not at their best, but excellence is the standard-bearer. When you hate what you do or hate the people you serve, it's time to make a change. Figure out how/when to depart, but you owe it to yourself to pursue happiness. You owe it to others to not be a blemish on their experience. Very efficient and enjoyable interview! I love it!
