- Holiday World of Katy, Texas has our RV in the shop, and has had for 8 weeks, despite their initial estimate of 3-4 weeks. We're pissed, so here's the who, what, how, when, and why.

Communication is the Key, well said... Unfortunately I have also have had experience with this store and it seems bad service is business as usual... Taking a week or more to just getting a simple call back.
Hi friends. Our rig is in the shop right now. We want to get back out onto the road but are waiting on some parts from the factory. Communication is key. Just let us know. Right? Sorry you guys are having this stress right now. 8 weeks is crazy! But don't We have some videos you would enjoy. Come check them out when you get a chance.
