Forgot to mention this. I just went with teams within 5 games of a playoff spot.
Cmon Robbie, the Mariners have absolutely 0 business being in the don’t count them out tier.
Especially when the Guardians are is pretenders. There aren’t even enough teams above the pretender spot to make the playoffs
The Mariners SP is elite. If they get their bats turned around and somehow get in, that’s a tough team to beat in the postseason. The Guardians have no SP.
@@rhyde as good as the mariners starting pitching is, they have a historically bad offense, and everything right now points to them not even being a threat to make the post season
Keep in mind dbacks are firing on all cylinders without Walker, Marte, or Moreno. Once those guys are back and healthy, dbacks in theory will be way better

An under the radar pickup for my Padres that nobody really talks about is Bryan Hoeing. He has been fantastic out of the bullpen for us. He’s been really important in long relief and has gotten us out of some huge jams to help win games

It's gonna be hard for Soto and Judge to beat the duo of McCovey and Mays. Obviously I'm 100% biased tho.
