I. Love jeff but this song was not my favorite version. I grew up on his father time music. Both were unbeliveàble...but I guess I lean just à bit towards Tim!
I think it could be a Harmonium. He owned one. It's pretty prevalent in Qawwali singing. Yeah it's sort of a weird instrument and can put some off. I find that Jeff's voice not so much in the sound but in the impression that it gives shares something with the Harmonium. That it can be kind of out there but the timbre can hit you in a beautiful way
@@jacobkristensen1692 Thanks for the info... didn't know that. I have listened to this video again......still not enthralled.... Maybe the harmonium needed tuning? JB wistful and poignant, and still good to listen to.
Tears, sweet tears. Jeff's voice so beautiful.
This is like a nearly avant garde version with funereal vibe in it. Absolutely outstanding. RYM mfs would love it
Beautiful.
VAN IS THE BEST EVER!!!!!!

I like Jeff Buckley but this is a bad joke.

I like Jeff Buckley but this is really, really woeful. Crucified an excellent song
The trouble with this guy is he never knows when enough is enough.
This is such a conservative viewpoint :)
Sometimes that’s the right thing too Man
sorry, Mr buckley.
Killed a great song
Oh dear .... not to sure this will ever be on repeat for me. Jeff Buckley's voice, as ever, wow! But the annoying mouth-organ is ........... awful.

@@fizzknit9446 Yup. Maybe we can learn more about what's behind that voice when the new biopic about him comes out in 2 years or so.
@@jacobkristensen1692 Looking forward to that. Thank you again for the info.
