Thanks to David Beebee for this lick lesson - I thought it's one you'll dig as I definitely learned it as soon as I was able to get my hands on a guitar!
Awesome playing David Beebee!! Loved that bend with the series of tap harmonics at 4:11-4:14! Can you talk a little about the design on the front of the hoodie? What the heck is that?!
Legitimately confused about showing Mary Spender. Was it supposed to be a sick burn? Because she’s incredible. I’m sure that wasn’t it. The punchline must’ve flown right by me?
aye we were chatting this through, I mean I found my TQ modern legato email receipts the other day - made me realise I started this process 10 years ago! slow and steady dude.
I can't play anywhere near as fluid nor structured and in time as JNC (BB and TQ). I am in awe of their playing.... and I use it as inspiration to motivate me, while my playing always frustrates me. But I have to be honest and accept that the I can't expect to play as well as them, simple because I've not invested the same time, energy, money etc. as they may have. The great thing is that they're here sharing their insight and showing us pathways to achieve what they have accomplished. Keep at it, don't give up!....

Congrats again ya'll! Although, you ended up doing the work anyway, there's just no stopping the John 'the Algorithm' Cordy. Thanks for the 🔌 bred x
Thanks for this Beebs, gave me something to work on when I got back with zero sleep

cheers! the hoodie is JNC merch, made by Cordy's talented better half! It's John riding a guitar with a sausage dog.
Wow... things get juicy at 3.47...Thanks Beeb's and JNC... btw do you both shop at the same furry jacket centre 🤣
Great stuff as ever, Beebs! Congratulations, John and family. My daughter was born 6 weeks ago. Welcome to a world of joy (and sleep deprivation).
Congrats on the daughter Bobby!
@@DavidBeebee Cheers, mate!

I looked through my pictures folder for a thumbnail of Beebs and couldn't find one quickly, so just went with the first other british person I found.
Oh okay! Understood 👍🏻
Thanks for the lesson John! Very nice BT as well.
A guitariverse crossover! Thank you David and John 😊
What a cool thing to do for a friend, and awesome playing on top of it all.
Love You❤️
What color is that k line?
BRG!
Do you have any videos on 4 notes per string scales?
My Favourite Guitar player 🔥❤️
Holy jeebus, what a lick. Cheers, Beebs!
Thanks Chris!
Where are the tabs? On his Patreon or yours?
gave Cordy tabs and backing track to put on his patreon. 👍🏻
Awesome lesson, thank you!
Ah, time to start trying to learn a lick that is waaaay over my skill level and then giving up and going back to my major scales.
As someone who has never had guitar lessons, is true fire a good place to start or do I need to be a certain skill level to get anything out of it?
1st the worst!
Were you and BeeBee separated at birth?
lol 😂 not to my knowledge
Bridge PUP JC? Thx! :)
This is amazing - What a cool gift to John & fam but also to us. Burning lick as always from DB!
As much time I put in to learn these legato runs, I just can't get it down
Me and @davidbeebee were just chatting about this the other day - it's a long road to get it feeling like you're getting somewhere with it!
