well, this will be on repeat all day.......... Thank you Jerry!!!!!
Jerry was God like on Tiger and Rosebud in the late 80s and early 90s. His playing went to immortal levels and JGB was where he really LET IT ROCK!
This Jerry show will always be one of my top 5 to just crank up my old Kenwood speakers and enjoy the convenience of being alone at my 🏠dancing with no one 👀
I love the Jerry Band
Just when I think I've heard every blow-the-top-of-your-head-off solo that Jerry ever did along comes one that makes me bruise my smile muscles. Whew!
There’s something very special in Garcia’s playing in 1989-whether with the Dead or with his own band. This Let it Rock is an excellent example. He reaches for so very much, and he grabs all of it, effortlessly. This is consistent throughout the year. I think his playing that year was among the best years he ever played. It’s magical. You really blessed me, Jer.
I love this sound!
Listening to Gerry brings comfort
One of my all time favorite renditions...Red Hot from Note One...the Band is on FIRE.
My go to one of my all-time favorites that he just tears up I mean folks Stevie Ray Vaughan couldn't even keep up with that kind of stuff
Jimi Hendrix had a hell of a lot of fun with him him and the master was such a kind genius a musical incredible individual incredible individual that blessed our planet and blessed us with love kindness and music❤🎉
Good as it gets, ty Jerry
Well up in the evening down in Mobile, Alabama
Working on the railroad with the steel driving hammer
Gotta make some money to buy some brand new shoes
Trying to find somebody to take away these blues
"She don't love me" hear them singing in the sun
Payday's coming and my work is all done
Later in the evening when the sun is sinking low
All day I been waiting for the whistle to blow
Sitting in a tepee built right on the tracks
Rolling them bones until the foreman comes back
Pick up you belongings boys and scatter about
We've got an off-schedule train comin two miles about
Everybody's trembling and running around
Picking up their money, tearing the tepee down
Foreman wants a penny about to go insane
Trying to get the workers out the way of the train
Engineer blowing the whistle loud and long
Can't stop the train, gotta let it roll on
This so sweet, l wish I could put it on my cereal.
So sweet - you know it could have been some honey!
Haha, that's awesome

All of these shows have been available every since the end of the show and tapers hot and ready to sell the nights show, give now it was on cassette but that's all we knew back then. The real deal old school tapers section was the JAM, now it's just techno crazy but yeah this was for sure for sale less than an hour after show on scene once the after party was on, and man rider, not sure about you but did anyone see my Lil red rooster? 😨🙌✌
swing and groove......

Nice mid rangey mix per usual making the guitar sound plastic, per usual. Thanks for the heads up.
